InSight Crime
I hold an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford, where I focused on researching criminal governance and sub-national expansion of organized crime groups in Mexico.
I have worked as a researcher for InSight Crime since 2016, where I have participated in various investigative projects on organized crime in Latin America.
I conducted fieldwork in Colombia to research the post-peace agreement criminal scene; in Honduras where I looked into cross-border criminal dynamics and corruption; and in Mexico where I have researched the development of criminal organization and illicit markets.
I currently manage a project on cattle trafficking in Central America and Mexico, and I am participating in a project on criminal networks in the region.
