Fausto is currently working on three papers about the conflict-security-development nexus, governance without statehood, and homicidal violence in urban spaces. He teaches in the BA of Strategic Intelligence at Universidad Anáhuac México, with a special focus on the changing character of organised crime, criminal violence, and urban violence.
Additional research interests: strategic intelligence, the changing character of conflict, and the micro-geopolitics of organised crime.
